Computer Science major Sofia Reyes first fell in love with Regis as a child attending the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy. She was drawn to way our Jesuit Catholic values promote personal and spiritual growth as well as the world-class education.
“My mom has always been my biggest support system and always prioritized my education. Regis has provided a wonderful space for me to grow academically and spiritually, which was her dream for me since I was a child. I'm glad my scholarships have allowed me to fulfill her dream.”

When it came to choosing a college, Regis was Austin Price's first-choice school and the generosity of scholarship donors made her dreams of studying here come true. She wasted no time becoming involved on campus — by her second year, she was named editor-in-chief of the RU Highlander, Regis' online student publication, a role she continues to hold.
“Scholarships have changed my life. Truly and deeply. I would not be the person, student, writer or advocate that I am today without their generosity. Words cannot explain how grateful I am.”

After Michael Hoang's parents fled Vietnam, they settled in the United States and began laying the foundation to build a new life for their family. When his dad was diagnosed with a neuromuscular degenerative disease, Michael found his calling and wanted to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He knew the incredible Regis faculty and Ignatian values would benefit his development as both a clinician and as a person.
“I am dedicated to the values of Cura Personalis and Magis – they encourage me to be my best clinician self and strive to treat the whole person. I am grateful for my scholarship, as it validated my years of hard work, dedication and determination.”
