Regis Gives Challenges🚨

Boost the impact of your gift by participating in one of our challenges throughout Regis Gives! All members of the Regis community are encouraged to join the fun to support their favorite college, program or fund.

MAGIS MATCH: Thanks to a very generous alumnus, gifts to Regis Gives will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $150,000* throughout the campaign.


MARCH 31-APRIL 6

πŸ’ͺ Starting Strong: The project with the most gifts from unique donors will receive $500Eligible gifts must be given between 12:01 a.m. MST on Tuesday, March 31 and 11:59 p.m. MST on Monday, April 6.


DAY 1: APRIL 7

πŸ₯‡πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯‰Race to 25 Challenge: The first three projects to receive online gifts from 25 unique donors will receive a $250 bonus.

🍽️ Lunchtime Challenge: The project that secures the most unique gifts from Regis students, faculty, and staff during lunchtime, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. MT on Tuesday, April 7, will receive a $500 bonus.

πŸͺ Rangers’ Choice: Regis students, faculty, and staff will vote for their favorite projects online and during a live campus activation, Cookies & Community, at the Student Center between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. MT. The project with the most votes will receive $1,000; second place, $500; third place, $250.

Anyone with a regis.edu email account is eligible to vote in person during Cookies & Community at the Student Center, or online.

🫣 Hidden Regi Challenge: Regi stuffed animals (6) will be hidden around the Regis Northwest campus. Students who find a stuffed Regi will earn $250 money for the Regis Gives project(s) of their choice. Students get to keep the stuffed Regi!


DAY 2: APRIL 8

πŸŒ… Day Two Early Bird Challenge: The first project to receive $250 in gifts on Wednesday, April 8 (after 12:01 a.m. MT) will unlock a gift of $250.

🍽️ Day-Two Lunchtime Challenge: The project that secures the most unique donors between noon-1:30 pm MT, on Wednesday, April 8, will receive a $500 bonus.


BOTH DAYS: APRIL 7 & 8

1️⃣ First-time Donor Challenge: The project that secures the most online gifts from first-time donors to Regis will receive a $250 bonus.

πŸ‘― Friends Challenge: Each day, the project that secures the most online gifts from friends of Regis will receive a $250 bonus.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ§‘β€πŸ§’ Parents Challenge: Each day, the project that secures the most online gifts from Regis parents will receive a $250 bonus.

πŸŽ“Alumni Project Challenge: Each day, the project that secures the most online gifts from Regis alumni will receive a $250 bonus.

🦊 Regis Ranger Challenge: Each day, the project that secures the most online gifts from current Regis students will receive a $250 bonus.

πŸ’› Culture of Philanthropy Challenge: Incoming Regis President Dr. Shawna Cooper Whitehead and the Senior Leadership Team will match gifts (up to $100 each) from faculty and staff, up to $6,000! Matched funds will be made to the Regis Gives Fund, which will be distributed evenly among all 30 Regis Gives projects.

🀳 Social Media Challenges: Help spread the word! Look for Regis Gives social media challenges on the Regis University Alumni Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) starting on April 7. Two randomly selected participants from each social media platform will earn a $250 bonus for the Regis Gives project(s) of their choice.


*Gifts made online between 12:01 am MST on Tuesday, March 31 and 11:59 pm MST on Wednesday, April 8 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, as will gifts made in response to a promotional mailing, pending availability of remaining funds including after additional promotional challenges and matches outlined above. Every project is eligible for a maximum of $10,000 in matching lead gift(s) received by March 30 at 5 pm. Additional lead gifts will be matched at an equal ratio across all projects, determined by the amount of matching funds available, if any, after online, direct mail responses, and initial lead gifts are processed.
