Student Experiential Class in Uganda and Rwanda

This course offers an immersive academic experience in the East African region, focusing on social justice issues in Rwanda and Uganda. It includes research initiatives, field visits, online discussions and academic assignments. Students will examine critically the dynamics of nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations and collaborate with these institutions, emphasizing a blend of theoretical and practical methodologies and encouraging students to formulate strategies approaches for the sector. Online discussions provide a platform for knowledge exchange and critical reflection, fostering a collaborative and intellectually enriching environment.
