Gifts to Preparing Servant Leaders for the World contribute to...

Preparing Servant Leaders for the World will promote growth in creative leadership and skills for post-graduate students in the U.S. who are ready to make a commitment to service through international development. With the support of partial but critical scholarship funding, U.S. students will have the opportunity to learn and grow within an international community of servant leaders from all over the world. Given a financial leg up to pursue part-time study, young professionals are able to follow their passion for social justice into viable careers.
Regis University Master of Development Practice (MDP) is an innovative degree that contributes to the sustainability of our planet and to the health and well-being of communities in the U.S. and overseas. Classes use real-time video conferencing to bring students from around the world together to co-create truly global solutions to development challenges.
By supporting our project, you will allow students like Katie Larson (MDP 2018) to have a true impact on the world. Katie has taken her MDP education into Guatemala and Vietnam to work for educational equity and environmental sustainability.
"I am grateful for the Regis University MDP program because it has given me new eyes through which to see the world, its systems, its humans and the relationships between them all. My new eyes do not always show me the most hopeful sides of humanity, but they now envision a future that is more just, sustainable, resilient, happy and healthy for all. In this future vision, my MDP learning makes me feel increasingly confident that I can and must be one of the change agents, in partnership with so many others, in creating this future."
The Regis MDP equips students like Katie and so many more all over the world with the tools and mindset to pursue their passion and make a meaningful impact on communities in need in areas like environmental justice, food security, rural healthcare and refugee education resettlement.
