Spiritual directors of the ISP undergo three years of academic and practical formation in accompanying others in spiritual direction and as guides for the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius. The ISP offers days and evenings of prayer and reflection which afford the community the opportunity to pray and learn more about Ignatian spirituality while participants cultivate their own spiritual growth in nurturing environments. Persons seeking deeper, more active and intimate relationships with God engage in one-on-one spiritual direction conversations with trained spiritual directors all of whom have made the full Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius.
