Gifts to Students are Our Right Hand-Student Staffing and Development contribute to...

At the Community for Belonging (CoBe), students are not just part of the work—they ARE the work. Our work‑study team members embody the heart, hands, and spirit of everything we do. They create community. They build connection. And every day, they help Regis live its Jesuit mission in real time.
Work‑study at CoBe is more than a job. It is mentorship, leadership development, vocational discernment, and meaningful service all woven together. And with each event they staff, each story they share, and each student they support, our work‑study leaders transform campus life.
Because of them, CoBe is able to welcome students at beginning‑of‑semester resource fairs; run signature summer programs like Summer Bridge; support community partnerships such as our HSI Advisory Teams; host mission‑driven gatherings like the Good Trouble Conversation Series; collaborate with local high schools and mentoring programs; coordinate weekly meal donations from Panera pastries to Warm‑Up Wednesday soups; design flyers, run campus promotions, and uplift First‑Gen stories; and build belonging for every Regis student, every day.
Our office would be lost without them. They are our right hand, and often, our guiding light.
CoBe relies on work‑study leaders to represent our values, nurture community across campus, and ensure every student feels affirmed, supported, and celebrated. Through their gifts and wisdom, they carry forward our Jesuit commitments to stand with the marginalized, care for the whole person, and create a place where all can thrive. They are vessels of our mission.
In today’s challenging financial landscape for higher education, federal funding alone cannot support the work‑study positions CoBe depends on. And because our students make belonging possible, we cannot do this work without them. That is why we invite you to support funding the student roles that bring our mission to life.
Your generosity directly creates student leadership opportunities:
- $50 supports student staffing for a campus resource fair
- $100 supports staffing for a Good Trouble Conversation
- $500 powers a full‑day engagement with Jesuit high schools or community partners
- $1,500 supports a Resident Assistant during a summer program
- $2,500 funds a student working 8 hours per week for a semester
- $5,000 supports a student staff member for 8 hours per week for the full academic year
Your gift doesn’t just fund a job – it empowers a student leader, strengthens our community, and helps create a campus where every student knows they belong. We hope you’ll choose to stand with the right hands of CoBe.
Thank you for your generosity, your partnership, and your belief in our students.
