The Ranger Residential Experience Fund

Remember your first days at Regis? Maybe it was the moment you unlocked your first dorm room. Maybe it was the late-night hallway conversations. Maybe it was the friendships that formed simply because someone a few doors down said “hello.” For so many alumni, the residence halls were not just a place to live – they were where the Regis journey truly began. They were the heart of community, the spark of lifelong friendships, and the setting of memories that still bring a smile years later.

Today, that same spirit lives on. The Ranger Residential Experience Fund enriches life inside Regis University’s residence halls, while also welcoming commuter students into the fold. These programs are intentionally designed to foster belonging, support student wellbeing, and help every Ranger find their place on campus – academically, socially, and personally.

But here is the challenge: residence hall programming currently operates on approximately $5 per student per semester. Our student leaders stretch every dollar with impressive creativity, but such limited resources restrict what we can offer. Imagine what they could do with more.

Your generosity helps expand the kinds of meaningful experiences that transform students’ time at Regis. Students benefit from mental health and wellness events, cultural and heritage celebrations, study nights and academic workshops, community traditions and hall activities, and leadership and personal development opportunities. These initiatives are led by Community Development Assistants (CDAs) – today’s version of the Resident Assistants many alumni remember so well. CDAs live in the halls, mentor their peers, build community, and bring these programs to life.

Your gift will also help launch new initiatives like the Residence Hall Shield program, designed to build friendly competition, school spirit, and shared traditions among all students – residential and commuter alike.
