About

Dreamer students, like all other students who want to pursue their dreams through education, should be supported and celebrated. Yet the reality of their journey, and the challenges it entails, can deter even the most tenacious students. Dreamers face unique challenges to securing financial support for college because they typically do not qualify for federal or state-funded financial aid. These students may even be denied private loans to fund their education.

Contributions to the Catalina Nicole Hooser Scholarship for Dreamers will provide scholarships and educational support for first generation students with high financial need, with a preference for undocumented or dreamer students. Please consider a donation today to ease these students’ economic worries so they can concentrate on their schoolwork and building a bright future for themselves.
