Gifts to Education for Justice contribute to...
The Diversity and Inclusion Student Ambassadors program is an initiative to advance diversity and inclusion awareness and action across campus through peer education. This Regis Gives Day, we aim to raise at least $3,000 for peer educator training and campus programming.
Our program mission is to seek to bridge the gap between dialogue and action through peer-education and systemic change. Together, we will foster a campus culture rich in advocacy, inclusion, intersectionality, resiliency, and relationships. In doing so, we strive to create a community where all can reach their God-given potential and flourish.
Your gift on Regis Gives Day will support five peer leaders in gaining “Connect through Conflict” training with a community organization. In addition, it will provide support for the implementation of dialogues and workshops within the Regis student community. Every gift to this program creates positive change.
We encourage you to support this new initiative by donating on Regis Gives Day with the knowledge that your contribution will help empower our student leaders and student body to live out our Jesuit mission.
"Being a part of D.I.A. allows me to act on what I really feel like it means to live out Regis’s call for justice. Within its first semester, this program has already allowed me to evolve how I choose to show up in society and contribute to creating more diverse and inclusive spaces on campus and within society.” – Hannah Fenton, Senior, Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador, 2021
