About

Help support the purchase of electromyography equipment for the School of Physical Therapy to further enhance learning opportunities and research for physical therapy students.

Electromyography (EMG) is the recording of electrical activity within a muscle which provides critical information to health care providers on the health of muscle and the nerve cells that control them. The School of Physical Therapy does not have an EMG machine onsite but instead, uses loaner machines for short periods of time. Purchasing an EMG machine would enhance opportunities for Regis faculty research and enhance student learning experiences throughout the year. In addition, the clinic could use the machine for testing on patients, which could help generate revenue for the program.

Your gift of any size on Regis Gives Day towards the purchase of this equipment will help our faculty and staff achieve more through scholarship and open new opportunities for discovery
